The new one was recorded in October of 2008. At that time, Oil was near its high of $147/bbl. In the video he talks about the plan of the Globalists to take oil to less than $50/bbl. It must have seemed like crazy talk when he said it, yet her we are today with Oil closing at $37/bbl. According to Pastor Williams, the reason for sub-$50/bbl Oil is that they Globalists are trying to force a collapse of the U.S. Dollar. They hope to accomplish this by bankrupting the Arab countries with sustained low world Oil prices. This in turn would force the Arabs to stop buying the US Treasury instruments that are sustaining the U.S. Dollar. The goal is to collapse the U.S. economy, destroy the dollar and then sweep in and buy up everything left at a huge discount.
